Negotiations Update
12/27/2023

RNPA and the County met on 12/18 for contract negotiations. RNPA submitted the proposals listed below. The County provided their estimation of what the Association’s proposal would cost the County over the next three (3) years. The next scheduled negotiation session will be Wednesday, January 3, 2024. The subsequent sessions will be, January 8, January 11, January 18, January 26, and February 1, 2024.


As RNPA continues to negotiate in good faith with the County to make certain that we secure better wages, hours and working conditions for our members, things are not progressing as we would have hoped. The County has still not remedied its “unfair practices.”


To prepare our members to move forward, we have scheduled three (3) virtual strike school sessions. Please ensure you attend one session.
