RNPA is calling on Santa Clara County to keep its Nursing staff safe by working collaboratively with the nurses to create a legitimate and actionable violence prevention plan, maintain adequate staffing to keep our patients safe and pay us a competitive wage so that we can continue to live in the county that we serve and love!
